1. Agreement
By registering for or participating in Delta Sim Sports events, you agree to these Terms and any additional guidelines or rules provided. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use our services.
2. Participation
- To be eligible, participants must have a valid iRacing account in good standing.
- Drivers must register for each season through the designated DSS platform.
- All participants agree to abide by the iRacing Sporting Code and any additional rules set by Delta Sim Sports, including our official Manual.
3. Account Registration
-To participate in our league, you must create an account with Delta Sim Sports.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Membership
- To participate in Delta Sim Sports, you must be a registered member.
- Membership is subject to acceptance by our team.
- We reserve the right to deny or revoke membership at our sole discretion.
5. Fees and Refunds
- Any applicable fees for season participation must be paid prior to the start of the season.
- Once a season has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
- If you wish to request a refund before the season begins, you must do so in writing to support@deltasimsports.com, no later than 3 days prior to the season start date.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within reasonable time of approval.
6. Race Scheduling and Participation
- DSS will provide a season schedule for all series.
- The schedules may be subject to change with reasonable notice.
- Drivers are expected to attend all scheduled races where possible.
- Repeated absences may result in penalties or removal from the league.
7. Code of Conduct
- Respectful behaviour towards other participants, officials, and anyone involved is mandatory.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
8. Termination
- Delta Sim Sports reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other participants or our interests.
- Refunds will not be provided if your account is suspended.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, and materials provided by Delta Sim Sports are owned solely by Delta Sim Sports, and may be protected under intellectual property laws.
- You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
- By participating in Delta Sim Sports events, you also agree to the public display of any information shown on iRacing, or submitted by the user for public use.
- Participants may submit content such as images or race videos.
- By submitting content, you grant Delta Sim Sports a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our services.
10. Changes to Terms
- Delta Sim Sports reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
- Continued participation in our league constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
